Quite interesting, SUMAILA NDEWURA JAKPA, the name been mentioned in the video is a household name in Gonjaland (part of northern Ghana) and he was one of the great kings in Northern Ghana whose dynasty flourished during the 17th century. Due to his greatness, his name and kingdom was part of our secondary school history syllabus. Hearing his name sounds nostalgic.

    Also, when the kids were asked about the kind of food they ate? They replied, “TZ”, which is the abbreviated form of Touzafi. TZ is a popular cuisine in northern Ghana. It is often prepared by a mixture of millet and cassava dough. It is eaten with soup prepared from millet leaves ( popularly called green green) and stew made from tomatoes. TZ is one of my favourite delicacies.
